Increase the production volume of «Plant of growing sturgeon hydrobionts»

Completed in-depth research of the developed project documentation sections «cultivation technology» and «processing technology» of «Plant of growing sturgeon hydrobionts».

The research was conducted by employees of the Southern Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences, according to the agreement reached in the Memorandum of Intent cooperation, under the leadership of Head of the Department "Aquaculture and Water Bioresources" doctor of biological sciences Elena Ponomareva.

During the works has been established and confirmed the possibility of increasing the volume of finished production from 250 (project capacity) up to 350 tons per year, and an increase in volumes of caviar release from 1.5 (project capacity) up to a minimum of 10 tons per year.

Increase the production volume is due to the project solutions for growing and processing lines, technical parameters of production equipment and will be achieved in the absence of the need for structural and technological changes in the Plant.

This fact fully meet the needs of the Russian market with the current deficit of sturgeon meat and gourmet products, constituting, according to authoritative sources, about 1200 tons per year (in Moscow and the Moscow region).
