Conclusion of the Memorandum of Cooperation
We are we happy to share the news about the signature of the tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation in the course of Realization of the Investment Project "Aquaculture BIOnika" among:
- The Federal State budget science agency “South Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences”, Rostov-on-Don «South RAS»;
- Astrakhan State Technical University, Astrakhan «ASTU»;
- Company "BIOnika Ltd.", Chelyabinsk.
This event is one of the key fundaments for the creation of a "correctly working mechanism" and its "proper" operation.
It is envisaged to organize highly qualified executive authority on the basis of "South RAS" that shall provide advisory services, transfer experience and knowledge to the breeding plant personnel, including its own breeding plant, implementation and practical application of innovative technologies in cultivation of commercial sturgeon and caviar at all stages of the construction of the plant, its commissioning, production start-up and all phases of the production process.
Cooperation with "ASTU" is aimed at creating a team of plant personnel. Following activities shall be performed on the premises of " ASTU": systematic training and improvement of professional skill of employees on theoretical issues in the production process of breeding sturgeon and production of caviar; seminars and workshops for employees on the basis of its pilot-breeding complex; training for potential employees of the plant.
In the course of cooperation, the parties will enter into commercial (financial and economic) relations, at the same time the representatives of scientific organizations will have the opportunity to use their latest developments on the production base of the company «BIOnika», and company «BIOnika» shall get the expertise and skills to improve the growth rates and quality our sturgeon.
