Results of the meeting of the fisheries council under the Government of the Chelyabinsk region
Based on the results of the meeting of the fisheries council under the Government of the Chelyabinsk region was considered and put into operation a number of tasks under the supervision of the Governor of the Chelyabinsk region.
Executive bodies according to the established tasks were assigned to the Ministry of agriculture and the Ministry of ecology of the Chelyabinsk region.
One of the tasks of the Ministry of agriculture was to organize regular monitoring of realization of the investment project «Plant of growing sturgeon hydrobionts with a capacity of 250 tons per year of marketable products and 1.5 tons/year of the food caviar BIOnika LLC».
Work in this direction will allow to optimize the cooperation of «BIOnika» LLC with the Government of the Chelyabinsk region and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk region in part to assist the realization of the investment project.
The second task, which may be fundamental to the development of the fishing industry of Chelyabinsk and Chelyabinsk region, is a study on the feasibility of establishing "Center for collective use" package processing and further sales in the retail and wholesale networks.
The creation of this Center will help bring the fishing industry to a new level, in the Organization of an efficient and centralized logistics, which, to date, is one of the weakest links in the chain "producer-consumer".
