Business visit to Rostov-on-Don

Company «BIOnika» visited the Rostov-on-Don on a business trip.During the visit, a meeting was held with representatives of the Southern Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as with the leadership of the company «Simeon AquaBio technology» - leading engineering company and a supplier of technologies for aquaculture.

During the meeting with the leadership of the company "Simeon AquaBio technology" discussed issues of design, construction, and possibilities for further technical-biological accompaniment of the complex «Aquaculture Bionics».

During the meeting with the doctor of biological sciences on a speciality "Ichthyology", "head of the Department of aquaculture and aquatic biological resources» of the Southern Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Elena Ponomareva, discussed the possible establishment of a branch of the Science Center on the basis of the company" Bionics ".

In particular, the alleged activities of the Ural branch "Science Centre will aim at optimizing and improving the quality and feasibility of the indicators of «Aquaculture BIOnika» and the intended main activity will be experienced and research on fish culture.

Southern Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences also explores conducts experiments on cultivation of green crops using «aquaponics» technology based on the water in which live aquatic organisms. This way of cultivation allows you to feed the plants with water, one of the most environmentally friendly fertilizer wastes of vital activity of the fish. The use of such fertilizers has a positive effect on the quality of cultivated green and vegetable crops.

This technology will find its application in cultivation of ecologically pure (organic) vegetables within the limits of project realization «Agricultural Complex BIOnika». According to the draft law "on the production of organic products and the requirements of the international quality certificates, eco-friendly products must be grown without the use of inorganic fertilizers and chemical treatment plants.
