Dear Friends, we hasten to share with you information about the start of a new direction of our activity - realization of the investment project "Aquaculture BIOnika."

Currently we have begun works aimed at creating a complex for growing sturgeon - "Aquaculture BIONICA." Upon start-up of production capacity of the complex, to market of Chelyabinsk city, Chelyabinsk Region and the surrounding regions will go Ecologically clean production under the brand "Bio-product", namely:

Live sturgeon from 1.5 kg to 3 kg

Chilled sturgeon: more than 3 kg and more, in future years is 5 - 10 kg or more

Hot and cold smoking product. Smoked sturgeon as a whole and in the form of cutting in vacuum packaging

Balik sturgeon and stellate sturgeon, Bester in vacuum pack

For reference: Balik (Turk. balik - the fish) salted and then dried on air back of large fish of valuable species. Balik differs delicate texture, pleasant specific taste and smell. The most prized balik produced from whitefish, white salmon and sturgeon, with up to 22-23% fish oil. It should be noted that fat of sturgeon is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 acids, and is one of the few sources of these substances.

Deep freezed Sturgeon

For the production of this uses a technology called "shock freezing". This method allows you to quickly freeze the product and preserve the unchanged its properties and taste.

Caviar of strugeon

Caviar production is planned for broodstock maturation, approximately 3-rd year of object operation.

Our product is guaranteed to be pure and natural, unlike caviar, imported from poaching market or painted black pike caviar.
